SGS Reaction rate modelling for MILD combustion based on machine-learning combustion mode classification: Development and a priori study

چکیده
A neural network (NN) aided model is proposed for the filtered reaction rate in moderate or intense low-oxygen dilution (MILD) combustion. The framework of present based on partially stirred reactor (PaSR) approach, and fraction reactive structure appearing PaSR predicted using different NN’s, to consider both premixed non-premixed conditions while allowing use imbalanced training data between combustion direct numerical simulation (DNS) data. key ingredient local mode prediction performed by another NN, which developed a previous study. trained was then assessed two unknown DNS cases, yields much higher level (more MILD condition) Karlovitz number than cases used as performance assessment has been carried out means Pearson’s correlation coefficient mean squared error. For zeroth-order approximated rate, with target values shows relatively high values, suggesting that trend field, approximation, well correlated actual field. This suggests equation promising if appropriately predicted, objective On other hand, substantially lower error observed range filter sizes approximation. can account SGS contribution reasonably well.

Machine Learning Techniques for Selforganizing Combustion Control
This paper presents the overall system of a learning, selforganizing, and adaptive controller used to optimize the combustion process in a hard-coal fired power plant. The system itself identifies relevant channels from the available measurements, classical process data and flame image information, and selects the most suited ones to learn a control strategy based on observed data. Due to the s...
متن کاملa study on rate making and required reserves determination in reinsurance market: a simulation
reinsurance is widely recognized as an important instrument in the capital management of an insurance company as well as its risk management tool. this thesis is intended to determine premium rates for different types of reinsurance policies. also, given the fact that the reinsurance coverage of every company depends upon its reserves, so different types of reserves and the method of their calc...

متن کاملFast Reaction Nonpremixed Combustion
-Recent measurements in turbulent, single-phase, reacting flows are reviewed. Attention is confined to nonpremixed flows at the fast reaction limit, which is defined as conditions where rates of reaction are fast enough to maintain local equilibrium. Reactant combinations considered include: hydrogen/air, carbon monoxide/air, hydrogen/fluorine, nitric oxide/ozone, acid/base (in liquids) and the...
